Stonegate Capital announces the appointment of Lucas Gaita as AI Strategy and Investment Analyst.
Lucas brings experience across investment analysis, consulting and AI integration. Previously, he served as AI Integration Officer within the family office sector, where he developed AI-enabled investment tools, portfolio optimisation solutions and automated workflows, strengthening governance, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual processing.
Earlier in his career, he worked as an IT Business Consultant, bridging business strategy and technology solutions for Johnson & Johnson’s EMEA business.
Lucas holds an MSc in Finance from a top 100 university and graduated at the top of his cohort. He is currently completing an executive programme focused on the Chief Technology and Artificial Intelligence Officer role at the National University of Singapore.
His appointment supports Stonegate Capital’s ambition to build an AI-native family office, embedding artificial intelligence across its investment processes and operations, leveraging the team’s expertise to strengthen analytical capabilities and enable better-informed decisions.
