Stonegate Capital has appointed Sadeek Nilamdeen as Chief Financial Officer.
Sadeek brings close to 20 years of experience across family office, corporate finance and investment environments. Prior to joining Stonegate, he served as CFO of the Al-Futtaim Family Office, where he led investment infrastructure, capital deployment, due diligence and reporting. Previously, he spent more than a decade as Head of Corporate Finance at Al-Futtaim Group, leading acquisitions across MENA, Southeast Asia and East Africa. Earlier in his career, he worked in M&A advisory at KPMG and Ernst & Young, advising on transactions exceeding US$1.5 billion.
At Stonegate, Sadeek will lead the firm’s financial function and play a key role in strengthening the governance, reporting and financial processes supporting its investment activities and long-term growth. His experience across investment execution, corporate finance, governance and financial management further strengthens Stonegate’s institutional capabilities and its senior leadership team as it builds a new-generation private family office.
